Shipping policy
Please take the time to read the details given below and let us know immediately if you anticipate problems. All sales of Goods are subject to our standard Terms and Conditions.
- Standard deliveries are made on a 3-5 working day service and are delivered Monday to Friday between 8.30 am and 5.30 pm.
- When the goods are delivered you MUST slit through the packaging using a small knife or kitchen scissors, cutting away from the product to avoid damage. The packaging can then be peeled back to expose the items.
- A visual check should be made for damage in transit; this a quick and easy process and is not physically demanding.
- Please do not book your vehicle in with your repairer on the basis of an expected delivery date. We would strongly recommend that you only do so when you have the goods in your possession and have checked that they are both suitable and undamaged.
- In case of damage, goods left unchecked, without a signature or comments left blank are not covered by our insurance policy and cannot be replaced free of charge.
- All items must be checked and we must be notified of any discrepancies or damage within 2 working days of the delivery taking place.
